CNIS is a small business dedicated to assisting individuals with the preparation and submission of immigration forms to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or immigration court—all at an affordable cost.
We understand that not everyone has the financial resources to hire an attorney, and that’s where CNIS comes in. While we are not immigration lawyers and do not provide legal advice, our services are designed to be more cost-effective and accessible for those who need help navigating the paperwork process.
If your case requires legal advice, we strongly encourage you to consult with an immigration lawyer.
At CNIS, we’re here to help you take the next step toward your goals.
Ruby Contreras, founder of CNIS, understands the challenges of the immigration process on a personal level. Born in Mexico, she experienced the immigration journey firsthand when her family moved to the United States in search of better opportunities. This experience drives her passion for helping others navigate similar paths.
With four years of experience as a senior immigration paralegal at a well-regarded immigration firm, Ruby has developed a strong understanding of the immigration system. She has also earned certifications in immigration services, including an Immigration Law Specialist certificate from the Washington Technical Institute. As an active member of the
Latin American Immigration Association, Ruby remains committed to supporting and advocating for immigrant communities.
Ruby’s goal is to make the process of form preparation as smooth and straightforward as possible while providing accessible support to her clients. Fluent in Spanish, she ensures that language is never a barrier for those seeking her assistance.
At CNIS, Ruby is dedicated to guiding clients through their immigration journey with care and professionalism.
